Key Elements

Single Stop Assignment

Groups do only one stop, assigned by Dale earlier in the week.

Weekly Schedule

Most Saturdays and Sundays, 1-3 crews sent out for breakfast service.

Duration

Plan on staying about an hour, as some people tend to wander in late.

Hot Options (Winter)

• Scrambled eggs, ham, hash browns
• Pancakes and oatmeal
• Hot chocolate and coffee

Popular Items

• Quiches (easy to prepare, fine served cold)
• Sausage, bacon, pastries
• Fruit salad, bananas, oranges
• Coffee, juice, single-serve cereals
Think through transportation and serving logistics. Cold eggs are not popular!

Clothing & Supplies

Bring some clothing, but not the full range of a Midnight Run. Ensure you have enough for at least 50 people.

Logistics & Setup

Setup Instructions

Arrive between 8-9 AM (coordinate with Dale)
Set up 3+ card tables for food service
Serve food first, then distribute clothing

Transportation

• Best to use your own vehicles
• Midnight Run vehicles available (secondary priority)
• Gas up vehicles before returning
